Pinto Bean Salad Mexican

Ingredients

3 cups cooked pinto beans OR 2 cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup corn (I used frozen, thawed corn)

3 green onions, chopped

1 jalapeno, diced and deseeded

1-2 T cilantro, chopped

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp cumin

Sea salt to taste

Juice of 1 lime

1 avocado, diced


Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 
This can be served immediately, but for best results, let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
